Lopez Island Community Tennis Welcomes You

Tennis Anyone?

The Lopez Island tennis courts  are owned and maintained by the Lopez Island Community Tennis Association (LICTA). They are located just south of Lopez Island School and are available to anyone wishing to play tennis. The facility  consists of 4 tennis courts, a backboard, lines for pickleball, and access to a ball machine for members.

Upcoming Events

You only live once, but you get to serve twice.

Annual membership meeting - August 26, 2020 at 10AM at the tennis courts.

Due to our Board’s concerns regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this summer’s official events, specifically the Lopez Open Tournament and the Lopez Island Senior’s Tournament.  While we know this is disappointing, we hope you can understand the Board’s concern.

While our events may be cancelled this year, contributions for the maintenance of the courts are much appreciated.

The courts are open for tennis, and pickleball for groups of 5 or fewer per court as per Phase 2 requirements, and we encourage everyone to follow the guidelines recommended by the USTA.
